Why this plan
Hourly plan defines a project by its exact turnaround. Here, the hours it takes to conclude a task determines its scope, timeline, and fee. Whether early on in Design Development, or late at post-production, Hourly plan lets you define a project to the right extent and make necessary design segues along the way. You will take your project forward well-informed since we provide turnaround estimates before your every decision. This plan is best when there is one or a limited, occasional number of tasks at hand (for a bundle of projects, please scroll down to Fortnight.)
Briefing
We receive your brief and the project’s existing docs, and then quickly sort outall possible questions and unseen angles together. Next, a turnaround estimate which reflects the exact amount of drafting time required to complete the task is proposed. Depending on your project being final or half-way through, a reasonable number of revision rounds is carved out in our turnaround estimate.
Agreement + First Payment
A quick agreement outlines the scope of your project along with a revision structure. We sign the draft, receive a down payment, and start. Payment for projects with an estimated fee of up to $2000 is divided to two bills (first one of which is settled upfront). For higher fees, the number and timing of installments are phased according to the project’s nature.
Revisions
The number of revision rounds throughout the course of your project is termed in our agreement (usually 3); However, you can take as many editing reroutes as you need. For those edits beyond our agreement’s revision clause, we first articulate timeline and fee based on our turnaround estimate and execute upon your approval. All extra edits are billed when your project is concluded.
Report + Final Payment
We provide a Final Turnaround Report after all deliverables are submitted and approved. It displays an elaborate record of our team’s activity during the course of your project. The report is visually twofold; demonstrating the exact recorded turnaround of the project as originally defined, and those incurred by extra alterations/edits. Final installment will be billed and settled once the report is fully reviewed.

Fortnight Plan

- 1Why this plan
- 2Briefing & Study
- 3Agreement + Payment No.1
- 4During Service
- 5Report + Payment No.2

Why this plan
Fortnight plan handles a regular number of projects, all in need of one ROSSO Service. One agreement, a single point of correspondence, consistent QoE, and detailed reporting for each project. (Scroll down to Fortnight+ for simultaneous access to all Services) Fortnight is also a reasonable choice for a project’s Design Developmentvphase (DD); when things aren’t solid yet, you got various solutions to try, andva pressing deadline to meet. We support you throughout the process rather than just final representation. With Fortnight, our experts of one ROSSO Service are essentially in your employ for a fortnight (or more).
Briefing & Study
First, you brief us with your projects. We conclude once all vague angles and necessary questions are addressed. Our experts analyze your projects’ overall scope and propose a fixed number of daily man-hours for the fortnight ahead to pick up the work (e.g. 10 manhours a day). Daily demand beyond that threshold will be met with less Fortnight discount of 9%. * A Fortnight Plan has 15% discount in comparison to its Hourly counterpart.
Agreement + Payment No.1
Our agreement outlines: • The type of ROSSO Service(s) you are receiving • The number of fortnights you are booking the service for • A base number of daily man-hours we allocate to you during the fortnight (proportionate to your projects’ demand) • The Stepped Structure with which the daily man-hours are billed (the more you book our team’s daily time, the higher the discount - up to 20%)
During Service
Your projects are lined up in a FIFO queue. Based on your own pronounced input pattern, a certain number are taken in simultaneously from the top (ranging from 2 projects to 5 at a time). Pending projects start as soon as a slot opens or our team finds the extra capacity to do so. As a time-based plan, you can potentially have as many edits as you need while the fortnight stands. Moreover, any increase in your workload over the daily man-hour threshold is handled all the same during the contract. They are tabulated and billed by the end of the Fortnight period. Each ROSSO Service has a unified committee of experts that monitors everything and ensures continuity of quality and precision of implementation throughout the process. Their analysis is graphed and presented in a final report at the end of the Fortnight.
Report + Payment No.2
A full turnaround report is issued at the end of the Fortnight. It displays an elaborate record of our team’s activity on each one of your projects. Moreover, it cross-references your daily use of our service with each project’s overall turnaround; suggesting how much time is exactly spent to develop a given project on each day of the contract. Excessive hours of drafting, over the daily quota, are demonstrated in the report as well and are billed after the report is fully reviewed.
